Choose a shop when physics says so
You need a rack alignment, a press, a transmission jack for a six-hour R&R, or a paint booth. Anyone offering those in a parking lot is cutting a corner you will pay for later.
Warranty is the tell
Ask for 12 months / 12,000 miles in writing. Ask who answers the phone if a pad squeals in month ten. We do. Call-center apps often do not.
